2k/5k Walk and Fun Run

New for 2010, The CASA Kid Walk will have street closures and offer the public the chance to run or walk the 5k or 2k route!

Thank you for helping abused children get what they need during what is often the most difficult ordeal of their life!

Print this 2k/5k entry form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to CASA (contact information on form). Don't forget to include the name of your favorite Kid Walk Team on your registration form if you want 100% of your entry fee to be credited towards a team's fundraising goal!

If you are a Kid Walk team and want to sign up racers and collect their entry fees as a fundraiser, then print up the entry form and put your team name into the box. You can then print and post the 2K 5K posters and leave your team's entry forms where runners and walkers can sign up.

Early Registration ends October 8th.
Registration in person is available at CASA (2356 Myrtle Avenue) through October 8th and at the Eureka Veteran's Memorial Building (H & 11th in Eureka) the night before the race (10/8/2010) from 5pm until 8pm.
